MARSTON APPOINTED MEMBER OF TSCPA STATE LEGISLATION COMMITTEE
The Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA), announced that Chip Marston, founding member and CEO of The Marston Group, LLC, has again been appointed as a member of the TSCPA Legislation Committee for a one-year term beginning July 19, 2013. Marston has served on this committee since 2001.
The committee’s purpose is to monitor legislation impacting the CPA Profession and to recommend legislative strategy and policy regarding such legislation. Marston’s response to the appointment was to say, “It is an honor to serve alongside my peers throughout the state of Tennessee. This is an exciting and meaningful committee.”
TSCPA’s mission is to enhance the success of its members through service, support and advocacy.
